Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager will gain hands-on experience in a progressively defined program to evolve your supervisory experience, business acumen, and overall ability to independently lead a restaurant operation.The General Manager is expected to learn and master the following competency-based leadership and operational skills including but not limited to:Putting Customers First, Adapting to Change, Fostering Collaboration, Achieving Results, Developing Yourself & Others. Work closely with Management Team and Team Members to ensure our guests receive mind-blowing experiences. The General Manager should deliver memorable guest experiences as well as coach and deliver performance evaluations of Team Members and Supervisors as well as ensure team members and Management team are trained properly using company guidelines. The General Manager will manage and publish the shift schedules as well as provide performance feedback and recognition to Team Members on a consistent basis. The General Manager will work with the leadership team on a regular basis to improve and maintain the operation of the store. The General Manager must assist and learn how to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls regarding food, beverage, and labor goals as well as any additional duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• The General Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume fast casual restaurant management experience
• The General Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
• The General Manager should have a track record of achieving financial results
• The General Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest orientated philosophy
