CNC Mill Operator needed for aggressive, multi-faceted manufacturing company. We are a steel, metal and plastics manufacturer who build and produce complicated and intricate products for a wide variety of industries. We have been in business for almost 30 years and are experiencing rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate late model mills according to engineering drawings.
- Interpret blueprint dimensions.
- Change tools and make offset adjustments.
- Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Complete inspection reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in set-up and operation of CNC milling machines.
- Experience interpreting blueprint dimensions.
- Experience reading measuring instruments.
- Must have strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
Preferred:
- Experience with 40 and 50 taper and horizontal mills.
- Experience using both conversational and G-Code programming.
- Experience with piece work.
- Experience with Hurco and Doosan mills a plus.
