Job Responsibilities:

· Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.

· Month-end close.

· Enter payroll data into ADP.

· Post labor in Costpoint.

· Journal entries.

· Review paychecks.

· Commute and remit 401K payments online.

· Generate financial statements.

Requirements:

· General accounting functions – month end close, journal entries, accruals.

· Multistate payroll through ADP (401K, HSA, etc.)

· Govcon experience – Required.

· Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)

· Degree – Preferred.
