QA Automation Lead - Local to Columbus

Your future duties and responsibilities

We're growing rapidly and are looking for a QA Automation Lead professional experienced in working in small teams to develop quality solutions for our clients. We're are looking for individuals that like to understand how things work and where they could be improved. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 8-10 years of creating and executing automated test scripts using an automation
framework.
• 3+ years creating and running automated UI tests using Selenium
• 3+ years working with the Gerkin language
• 3+ years creating and running automated API tests using Postman
• 8-10 years of ensuring software meets requirement specifications
• 8-10 years of reviewing and creating tasks on client-reported defects
• 8-10 years of analyzing requirements and creating test scripts or scenarios
• 8-10 years of experience reviewing and validating data
• 5+ years of creating testing plans
• 5+ years of working with clients to facilitate user acceptance testing
• Experience leading a small team of testers
• Nice to have experience with Azure and testing in the cloud, writing test scripts using
C# & .Net, experience with a Microservices architecture

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300 - $202,700
