How it works: You’ll be an important employee of our agency You’ll be assigned a shift Monday - Friday You’ll work for new families and any families that request you back Requirements: Must have at least two full days available Monday – Friday Must have 1 year of childcare experience and references outside of family and friends after high school Must have childcare experience with children one and older (newborn experience is preferred) What the Philadelphia Nanny Network offers: Competitive Pay: $19-24 per hour Guaranteed salary: Weekly direct deposit as an employee of PNN. Even if you work less, you are paid your weekly guarantee. If you work more, you are paid for the additional hours.
