The Account Operations Analyst assists Account Operations Managers and Account Leadership teams with many of the administrative aspects of running our client accounts. This includes managing data within CRM/vendor systems, analyzing, and manipulating data, creating dashboards, preparing account financials, managing invoice cycles, and other activities as directed by the Account Leadership teams or in support of the Account Services processes. The Account Operations Analyst will support one or more industries and build strong relationships with the leaders within those accounts and client and internal finance counterparts. This role will support the rhythm of the business and will need to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and create visibility into account mechanics.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Partners with Account Services and Account Leadership teams to drive client account support functions
Analyzes account sales and financial data, including project level estimates to completion
Manages active project data by ensuring milestones are correct and assignments are up to date
Maintains financial and sales pipeline dashboards and presentations
Deeply understands customer's business processes (invoicing, SOW, onboarding, etc.) and proactively guides account approach to engage in those to benefit Point B and the Customer
Monitors time and expense compliance
Works with associates and/or ASA to resolve miscoded T&E and flags anomalies for Account Leader
Tracks hours that need to be logged with Business Partner company and system and checks for accuracy
Produces client invoices in partnership with ASA. Reviews and reconciles outstanding invoices and works with account/client to follow up on past due payments
Gains leverage from the firm's best practices, processes, and knowledge and contributes feedback to refine/improve account services processes
Be a connector and serve as a link across account teams and the firm with knowledge on engagements and/or administrative best practices
Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values
Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point Bers (e.g., FW Ops Meetings, Geo Meetings)
Supports activity tracking and business development pursuits with a growth mindset
Maintains data hygiene in Salesforce
Leads customer project schedule management of associates in a 90-120 day view
Ensures sales contribution ratings and project closure activities are completed before its deadline
Maintains and organizes essential data elements that are critical for our predictable performance efforts
Creating and maintaining Teams collaboration sites

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
B.A. or B.S. degree
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with high degree of attention to detail
Experience in a professional business environment preferred
Experience with information analysis preferably with financial or sales data
Experience with using MS Excel with comfort using formulas, pivot tables and lookups
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Experience in, familiarity with, or willingness to dive deep into Salesforce and Microsoft Teams capabilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $51,500 - $85,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
