We are looking for an IT Support Services Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to help support one of our established offices! As an IT Support Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT services to the Philly colleagues, including multiple company executives. If you have previous experience with this type of executive-level support, we would love to speak with you!

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with Windows 10 workstations including experience with Exchange
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with corporate applications such as SSO, collaboration, cloud, Office Suite, Office 365, Multifactor Authentication, VDI, etc.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft and other Enterprise management tools such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, DNS, GPO, and TCP/IP, Intune, JAMF, MDM technologies, etc.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience providing IT support services to C-level executives.
  • Understanding of Mac devices and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
  • Experience working under deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Performs technical tasks such as installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of desktop hardware, software, Wi-Fi, printers, related peripherals, mobile devices, videoconference equipment, etc.
  • Be able to perform support functions within Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, O365 admin center, Imaging, etc.
  • Support other corporate desktop applications such as VPN, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, etc.
  • Procure and/or install requested hardware and software in a timely basis and ensure new hires, transfers, etc., are provisioned with necessary equipment.
  • Provide support to internal teams (Desktop Engineering, Enterprise Application, and Networking Engineering teams, etc.) and develop processes for escalating appropriate issues.
  • Provide remote/smart hands assistance for network, application, and/or production onsite systems.
  • Transition Tier 1 task from Site Support to the IT Service Desk and provide appropriate training to the IT Service Desk as needed.
  • Must be able to respond to security threats in the environment and assist with any remediation.
  • Performs various audits including asset management, deletion of devices from Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and other inventory tracking software.

This position will be part of the Workplace Services team, providing IT support to our Clarivate Colleagues. We are a large group of global IT support analysts, providing in office and remote support to help our employees stay productive.

Hours of Work

  • Full time, permanent.
  • Core working hours between 8am - 5pm EST.
  • Weekend or after-hour work may be required.
  • In-office hybrid working model onsite 2-3 days/week
  • Must be within a commutable distance to our Philadelphia, PA office.
