Warehouse Lead/ Operations Associate

Sun Country a part of the Heritage Pool Supply family of companies is seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented Operations Associate candidate that is knowledgeable in warehouse and inventory operations. Operations Associate work in conjunction with their Branch Manager to lead the team with energy, professionalism, and an urgency to complete tasks.

The Operations Associate will properly and safely stock products in our warehouse, pull inventory for customer pick-ups, use a forklift to unload inventory from incoming delivery trucks and load our trucks for jobsite deliveries. You will ensure accurate counts of inventory as it comes in and goes out, rotate stock, and properly handle any damaged materials.

• Supervise the Drivers and warehouse operations to include guiding, assigning, and training personnel to receive, store and distribute products.
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure that orders are pulled timely and accurately and that they are loaded and unloaded for the vendor or customer promptly.
• Oversee the dispatching of trucks for timely and accurate delivery of product to job sites

Qualifications:

• Experience leading in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department, or similar environment.
• Able to lift-up to 50 to 75 lbs. repeatedly each day.
• Driving a forklift in this type of setting is a plus or we will help you get certified.
• Must have basic math skills for inventory counts; and English verbal and written skills to be able to read purchase orders and communicate with team members.
• Be reliable, safe and a team player.

• Have a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
• Able to pass criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test.
