SBA Market Lead

Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SBA Market Lead at Freedom Bank of Virginia, located in Fairfax, VA. The SBA Market Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase growth of SBA loan products, conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and handling loan applications. The SBA Market Lead will also work closely with other teams in the bank and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in SBA lending is preferred
• Knowledge of SBA standard operating procedures and regulations is a plus
• Market Analysis, Market Research, and Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage both people and processes
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
