Automotive Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Monitor sales metrics and use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Train and coach sales team members to improve their performance and maximize their potential. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
