We are in search of a Pro Shop Cashier at $12 per hour to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. About the role
Respect the green! Become guest satisfaction driven as a Golf Pro Shop Cashier by assisting in all golf shop operations.
What will you be doing?
•Check in golfers.
•Ring in Group Outings
•Sell merchandise
•Monitor and fill out proper paperwork including membership paperwork.
•Answer phone enquiries.
•Take tee time reservations.
•Sell gift certificates on the golf course for Event Hole.
•Record cash taken in vs. dollar value given out in gift certificates.
•Maintain cleanliness of locker room, issue lockers for guests, and stock locker room supplies.
•Weekly inventory and locker room supplies list given to Head Professional.
•Assist with spike changes and shoe shining.
•Issue rental shoes.
•Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank
•Perform simple arithmetic functions.
•Assist with daily golf operations as directed by Professional Staff.
•Monitor golf course and weather conditions through GPS, and DTN Weather computer.
•Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank. Perform simple arithmetic functions using a calculator
•Perform other duties as assigned.
