A local company out of Sacramento is searching for a Leasing Agent who will have core responsibilities that include facilitating the move-in/out process, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks. Position is full time, long term!

 

Pay: $22 - $24/hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4pm

 

 

Leasing Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants.
• Screen rental applications and verify applicant information.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries and showings.
• Collaborate with property management team on marketing strategies.
• Address tenant concerns and inquiries.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

 

What we look for in a Leasing Agent:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
