Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Process Machine Operator for a company in the greater Sultan, WA area. This is direct hire opportunity offering full-time, day shift hours from Monday through Thursday. Enjoy three-day weekends and choose from several shifts available:

Molding Dept.: 5 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ($18 - $21 per hour)
Casting Dept.: 4 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. ($17.64 - $20 per hour)

Responsibilities:

• Interpret part numbers accurately
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Meet production targets
• Differentiate between product specifications
• Operate material handling equipment
• Inspect components for quality
• Perform computer transactions promptly
• Coordinate deliveries
• Maintain punctuality and attendance

Additional Duties:

• Report material shortages or safety issues
• Execute dispatch lists
• Keep work area organized
• Perform operator maintenance
• Attend meetings and inventories
• Conduct safety audits
• Label parts accurately
• Prepare materials for production
• Assist environmental safety teams if required

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic Excel and computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in math and reading a tape measure
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating overhead cranes/hoists is a plus
