Full-Time Physical Therapist| Andes, NY

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about making a positive impact on patients' lives and will possess strong clinical skills, excellent munication abilities, and a genuine mitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement effective therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.
  • Monitor patients' progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outes.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, activities of daily living, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in pliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
  • Strong clinical skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist (new graduates are wele to apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and munication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
