Showroom Sales Consultant

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available (minimum 25 hours/week)
5 days/week, Monday through Saturday

Since 1965, Color Wheel, a family-owned business with showrooms located in McLean & Fairfax, VA, has been specializing in paints and supplies, wallcoverings, window treatments and home decor.

We have an immediate opening for a highly organized, detail-oriented, ambitious self-starter to help our customers find products that match their unique personal style and successfully integrate sales, managing order fulfilment, juggling installation details, providing high level customer service, and completing administrative duties at our McLean, VA showroom.

Responsibilities:

• Engage showroom customers by showcasing a range of paints, wallcoverings, window treatments, interior fashions, furniture and reupholstery, providing quotes and product information
• Book in-home sales consultations on behalf of our Designers
• Ensure the client experience is immersive and positive and all client touch points are organized and delivered in line with the organization’s values and vision.
• Manage orders, check order status, and communicate with clients during the installation process

Qualifications:

• Great sense of color
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience (Knowledge of window treatments is a big plus)
• Detail-oriented, personable, reliable, upbeat and energetic with strong math, communication, organizational and computer skills
• Fast learner with the ability to absorb new information
• Ability to multi-task while employing a polished and professional approach
