Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Adapt classroom activities and assignments to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Missouri state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Special Education.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting.
