Immediately hiring a passionate and mitted Special Education Teacher, providing invaluable support and guidance to students with special needs. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, in a school setting, offering 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, catering to their individual requirements
- Deliver instruction and assistance across various academic subjects, adapting teaching methods to address diverse learning styles
- Foster collaboration among colleagues, parents, and school administration to create a holistic learning environment
- Continuously assess student performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions
- Cultivate an inclusive and motivating classroom atmosphere that promotes academic growth and social development
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- In-depth knowledge of special education legislation and practices
- Excellent verbal and written munication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Previous experience working with special needs students is advantageous
