Soliant is actively seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a school-based contract position in the Huntertown, INarea. In this role as a Contract BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the educational journey of students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of educators and support staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that promote growth, independence, and positive behavioral changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on the implementation of BIPs.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a cohesive approach to support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering expertise to enhance the overall educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • State licensure and certification are mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • passion and patience when working with students with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
