As part of this team, you'll play a crucial role in powering homes and businesses throughout Moses Lake and the surround area. Ensuring that every job is done safely and efficiently, you'll be providing exceptional service and quality workmanship. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

-  Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
-  Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
-  Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
-  Direct and train others to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
-  Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Ideal Candidate:

-  Brings 2-5 years of electrician experience, with a strong foundation in safety protocols and current electrical codes.
-  Holds a current electrician's license/certification applicable to the state of Washington or is eligible to obtain it.
-  Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-  Shows a commitment to ongoing education and staying current with the latest electrical technologies and practices.
-  Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems in simple terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
