Solutions Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Solutions Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ, Richmond, VA and Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Monitor the scrum processes and scrum meetings to increase efficiency Communicate with leaders across the organization to ensure transparency into delivery, risks and issues Facilitate and assist in the preparation of executive level and program communications for the engineering function Collaborate with technical product management, operations, and application development teams to drive the engineering roadmap in Agile model Plan for the team (Pre-Planning/ Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO) Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities Requirements: Experience in organizational, leadership, communication, coaching, and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate complex technology to senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business Experience transforming teams and acting as a change agent to influence the broader organization Knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Knowledge Application Lifecycle Management Team-player Attention to detail Self-motivated and delivery focused Written and verbal communication skills Experience with Containers and Kubernetes Experience leading cross LOB programs Pay Range: $60.24 - $68.24 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
