Responsibilities:


Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all activities within the family entertainment center.
Supervise and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive exceptional performance and create a positive work culture.
Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional guest service, resolving customer concerns, and consistently exceeding expectations.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, including marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities.
Foster a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and restocking of merchandise, concessions, and supplies.
Assist with financial reporting and cash handling procedures, working closely with the General Manager to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular staff training and monitor employee performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
 

Requirements:


Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and commitment to providing memorable experiences for guests.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on business needs.
Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and POS systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
