DCS is looking for an experienced acquisition analyst to serve in an advisory role for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts for a DoD Program Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide expert advisory assistance to the PM FMS team over a wide array of matters.
Provide assistance to respond to FMS inquiries; coordinate with the product managers and support staff to respond to information requests from foreign customers.
Contribute to FMS process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure.
Position the PM to support future FMS requests.
Work with the Foreign Disclosure Officer and Security Assistance in preparation of programmatic and/or technical information for disclosure to foreign customers.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's and 15 years of related experience.
Active DoD Secret level security clearance.
Subject matter expertise in the DoD FMS Acquisition Policy and Process.
Experience developing and managing all aspects of DoD/USMC FMS cases.
Knowledge of FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure in accordance with the Security Assistance.
Expertise in the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR).
