The Maintenance team member performs required maintenance activities within all departments of the plant.
Responsibilities / Authority:
- Perform Maintenance tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Operate Lift Truck, Cranes, Welders, and other equipment to perform maintenance duties.
- Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and Company procedures.
- Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Furnish required tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic background.
- Basic understanding of the departments and equipment within the plant.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills as well as good written skills.
