Position Summary:  

PSG is looking for a Pricing Manager to increase our  competitiveness and profitability around product pricing. In this role, you will lead and implement our pricing strategy and provide decision-making expertise to executive & site leadership. This includes developing and implementing pricing framework & policies, and pricing/profitability/competitor analyses.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the delivery of consistent & clear pricing policies, and operating processes & tools to guide price setting & price management for PSG.
  • Together with site leadership, responsible for developing & executing PSG’s pricing strategy, on such topics as our annual price increase, new product launches & new market entries, price setting (List Prices, targets), price execution (contract pricing and special discount  pricing evaluation), and price analytics.
  • Lead market research and competitive intelligence gathering around pricing, and perform analyses on customer price sensitivity and elasticity to identify opportunities to optimize pricing to increase profitability.
  • Create & lead a global standardized special pricing request process, working with digital teams to automate requests, approvals, and reporting.
  • Develop metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of price changes and policies.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 7 years of work experience in analytical roles (sales, marketing is a plus); 3+ years in pricing
  • Expert in using analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, OBI, Excel etc.)
  • Ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills.
  • Experience managing pricing processes with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills (translate data into insights and actions)
  • Experience with modeling techniques and pricing frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Salary Range : $88,000.00   - $123,000.00
