Job Title: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for a full-time opportunity in the thriving apartment communities of Alexandria, VA? Join our team and become an essential part of maintaining our residents' homes!
Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tickets promptly and efficiently, including turning vacant units and other essential tasks.
- Utilize your expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, setting realistic expectations for completion times.
- Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding missing or needed parts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
- Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use.
- Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential.
- Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks.
