Crew Member Qualifications:

  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must obtain a food handlers permit (we will reimburse)

  • No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus

  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Paid on-site training

Crew Member Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift:

    • Windows, tables, surfaces, dishes, etc.

  • Decorating and displaying the finished product

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments

  • Operating cooking equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Quality assurance and food safety protocols

  • Reading and understanding Dirty Dough recipes
