Resident Assistant

Cornerstone-Project LLC is seeking a full-time Resident Assistant to be responsible for assisting the Clinic Staff and others in coordinating, planning and delivery of services to all patients.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation from an accredited high school or its equivalent.

Licensure/Certification:
None

Maintain or increase competencies and required training.

Experience:

• Good communication
• Customer service skills
• Requires basic computer skills.
• Experience working with respective population is preferred.
• Requires a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Resident Assistant Areas of Responsibilities:

· Check rooms and suites for infractions or safety issues and submit reports on any violations.

· Attend staff meetings and occasional RA trainings

· Enforce rules and regulations while acting as a bridge between clients and administration

· Assist with various activities, including prepping rooms, checking clients in, and ensuring client participation in required activities.

· Assist clients with specific needs and making referrals when they are beyond the RA's ability to take care of directly

· Moderate disagreements between clients, and log all incidents accordingly

· Basic housekeeping of the area including taking out trash and the public facilities upkeep.
