Job Description
Job Overview: Our Director of Operations will coordinate and supervise the responsibilities of non-medical staff, implement sound operational guidelines and internal policies, while maintaining best standards of practice. They will implement operational budget and legal/insurance billing adherence, and liaise with executive staff and company leadership in maximizing for successful company growth.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term visions and ensure alignment with the mission of the facility.
Train and supervise staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance interdisciplinary cooperation.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and dedication.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and legally compliant environment.
Foster effective communication channels between different departments and stakeholders.
Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Intervene as necessary on issues relating to client complaints, concerns and operational issues.
Qualifications for the Position:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or addiction treatment facility, with a focus on adolescent services.
Knowledgeable of insurance, Medicaid and state funding admissions criteria and timing.
Possess excellent time management and communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and lead a team effectively.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in adolescent addiction treatment is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
