Sales Person

Sales Person Needed for Roofing Sales.

You do not need to know about roofs; we will train you. However, you do need to be an experienced salesperson and hungry to earn $150,000 or more per year.  

You must be able to climb a ladder and get on and off the roof safely.  You do not do any of the roof work, that is handled by the roofing crew.  You are there to educate customers about their roofing options and we will teach you this.

You do not need to know the industry, we will teach you.

Position Title: Roofing Sales Person

Location: Northern, VA

Status: Full Time

Number of Positions: 1

· Must be U.S. Citizen

· Must pass a background check once hired

· High level of customer service

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

· Provide Excellent Customer Service.

· Show up on time.

· Do the job correctly the first time.

· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
