Night Shift Supervisor Manufacturing  (Training starts on days for 2-3 months)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of parts and machines to meet shipping deadlines while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Your exceptional leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in optimizing workflow efficiency and motivating our night shift personnel.
Responsibilities- As the Night Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Supervising and guiding staff to efficiently produce parts and machines to meet shipping deadlines.
• Familiarizing yourself with company-specific processes and imparting knowledge to personnel effectively.
• Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure maximum productivity.
 • Ensuring strict compliance with quality standards at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Educating and enforcing proper safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Evaluating raw material inventory and promptly communicating requirements to the purchasing department.
• Analyzing company processes and recommending improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Effectively resolving personnel issues and applying appropriate disciplinary protocols when necessary.
• Taking charge of warehouse improvement projects assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Documenting and communicating task progress to the 1st Shift Supervisor for seamless coordination.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• A minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Profound experience in operating various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Knowledge of welding processes to ensure comprehensive oversight.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools to record and analyze data effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently solve problems as they arise.
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance and punctuality.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to fulfill occasional work-related travel requirements.
• A High School Diploma; an advanced degree is considered a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Training Hours:      6:00 am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 6am-12pm on Saturday as needed.
Normal Hours after training: 6:00pm to 6:30am Mon-Fri, AND 4pm-10pm on Saturday as needed.
