Monday – Friday - Day Shift
- Salary range: $44 - $46 K – Plus Benefits
- All roles require background check and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Advance Services is NOW HIRING a Recruiter for our Columbia, MO location! The Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional that will strive to hit goals. Previous recruiting, sales or customer service experience is a great skill set for this position!
What you'll do:
- Recruit, interview, hire, provide orientation, schedule, train, coach, and counsel employees.
- Analyze applications and resumes in order to determine the best placements for Advance Services' employees and customers.
- Communicate directly with customers on a regular basis about their personnel needs and build relationships with Advance Services' customers
- Efficiently utilize full-cycle recruiting practices to identify and hire quality candidates to fulfill the needs of our clients
- Implements and handles customer requested orientations and training, safety programs
- Knowledgeable in injury prevention and workers compensation claim procedures and promoting safety incentive program for employee
Advance Services Recruiters will have:
