Job DescriptionCompany Description
Shop attendant will be in an office environment and will be responsible for renting out U-Haul vehicles. In addition, applicant will be in charge of maintaining the XPS Express Chantilly Epoxy Floor Store. This includes product sales, inventories, ordering, pricing and re-stocking. Basic computer skills are needed, sales experience and Spanish as a second language would be a plus, but not required for the right person with the right attitude and a wiliness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Rent out U-Haul vehicles and equipment
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
