Injection Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an Injection Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for facility upgrading and maintenance
• Analyze equipment need, evaluates suppliers and selects new equipment to support production needs.
• Responsible for maintenance of all machines and equipment
• Design and build end of arm tooling for robotics
• Work with production team to design and build production automation and test equipment
• Participates as a member of multi-disciplinary Product Quality Planning teams as needed
• Performs other duties that may be assigned
• Managing PM
• Keeping inventory of critical spares
• Managing budget
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
