We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager for a high-energy gastropub in NW Essex County, NJ. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, culinary excellence, and inventive beverages and who wants to work for a company that is deeply rooted in both employee satisfaction and community engagement.
Compensation: Up to $70k base, bonus plan, 100% employer-paid health/dental insurance (single coverage), 401k with company match, PTO and more!
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ management experience in restaurants doing $4.0+ in annual revenue
- 5+ years' experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with training and development
- Experience with restaurant financials, ordering, inventory and cost management
