While working with guests you will
  • Present our vacation ownership opportunity to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of Hilton Grand Vacations company
  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs
  • Participate in reoccurring outstanding training to elevate your selling capabilities and HGV product knowledge.

Qualifications

We believe that at the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen.
  • A self- starter who is willing to learn and possesses the perseverance to achieve goals, whether you have previous experience in sales or not.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
