Industrial Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Reliability Technician), your key responsibilities will include performing reliability maintenance activities, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment problems, and applying skills and knowledge to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality. You will also be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on all facilities’ equipment, adhering to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies to minimize equipment downtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent with related certification or 2-4 years’ related experience. Previous pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written communications/documentation, reading and writing English, and the use of multi-meters.
• Knowledgeable in PLC’s, variable frequency drives, relay logic, electrical and pneumatic control circuits, and CMMS systems. Mathematical aptitude and knowledge of Metric and English weighing and measurement systems are also required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 50 pounds, climb ladders, wear a respirator and pass associated tests, wear all required PPE, including safety glasses, earplugs, and safety shoes.
• Experience in PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, PLC Programming, PLC Wiring, Pipefitting, OEM, HVAC, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, Machine Safety Inspections, and a Manufacturing Environment.
