The Maven Group's scientific research and engineering client has an immediate opening for a Front End Software Developer to join their team.
This is an onsite position in Reston, Virginia and requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. It is an internal, direct-hire opportunity and relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop front-end technology solutions using Angular
- Collaborate across multiple teams to create solutions that empower mission success.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership
- Solve challenging, real-world problems for customers.
Requirements:
- A Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field with 5-7 years relevant work experience OR MS with 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience with at least one modern web user interface framework (e.g., Angular, React)
- Experience with at least one modern software development ecosystem, such as Python
Front-End Software Developer Preferences:
- Master's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- DoD 8570 IAT II Status. (e.g., Security+, CSSP, etc.)
- Experience with large Angular applications.
- Experience working in secure/air-gapped environments.
- Experience working in cloud and/or hybrid cloud environments.
