Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a district of retail stores or business locations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers and employees
- Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving their goals
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Manage profit and loss for the district, ensuring financial targets are met
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel within the district as needed
