Title of Position: Controller

Job Description:The Controller is responsible forthe daily operation ofaccounts receivable, accounts payable, income journal, general cashiering, taxes,andinternal controls.The Controller is responsible for ensuringthe proper and timely billing of all receivables, including individual, group, and credit cards, and must follow through and document all written and verbal collection efforts for all accounts receivable.The Controller must establish and oversee internal control procedures. The Controllerresponds to all inquiries regarding accounts receivable.The Controller willalsoproduce accurate monthly financial forecastsand budgets and reports to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a hospitality, real estate, and/or retail environment
• Working knowledge of Sage Accounting Software and all its modules required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent experience).
