Royal Blue Grocery was established in 2006 to provide fresh, made-in-house grab n go and convenience goods for the residents, visitors, and workforce of downtown Austin. We now proudly have seven Austin locations, one San Antonio location, and multiple concepts at the new Tesla facility. From customer to employee, our goal is to make "I love that place!" an intuitive reaction to our brand.

We're Hiring For:

• Baristas: Craft delicious coffee beverages and provide exceptional customer service in our coffee shops.
• Cashiers: Greet customers with a smile, operate cash registers accurately, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Food Service Associates: Prepare and serve made-to-order meals, keep kitchens spotless, and contribute to a positive dining experience in our cafeteria.
• Smoothie Bar Specialists: Blend up fresh and healthy smoothies, offer personalized recommendations, and engage with customers.
• Micro Market Attendants: Maintain inventory, ensure cleanliness, and provide friendly service in our micro markets.
• Warehouse Associates: Receive, organize, and distribute dry goods and beverages to ensure our locations are always well-stocked.

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain both TABC and Food Handlers licenses
  Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  
• Weekend availability may be required
