Join Our Team as a Service Technician with various locations across the US!
- Unlock an up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (for selected markets and based on experience)!
- Schedule: Flexibility is key; typical hours range from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with rotational on-call every 3-4 weeks. Some overnight travel may be required, depending on market demands.
Experience Required:
- Do you have technical chops? We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, commercial HVAC, or relevant military service. EPA and/or CFESA certification preferred.
- Locations: If you're within 40 miles of our market, we want to hear from you!

4. Liaise with manufacturers for diagnosis and parts identification.
5. Seek support from our Technical Assistance Group when needed.
6. Ensure timely and professional installation of parts.
7. Recommend additional services to customers when appropriate.
8. Maintain accurate administrative records.
9. Prioritize safety at all times.
10. Keep your service vehicle and inventory organized.
