BIM Coordinator

We are actively seeking a BIM Coordinator within our offices in Columbus, OH area to join our award WINNING team.

Position Responsibilities of the BIM Coordinator:

• Develop detailed design drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD software
• Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems
• Draw and detail plans based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
• Modification of drawings with necessary engineering changes
• Run clash detections and organize reports

Requirements of the BIM Coordinator:

• Experience in Residential & Commercial construction 
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

The candidate must have...

• Understanding of how to read Construction Drawings
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficient computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good people skills
• Great attitude is a MUST
