Acquest Lending is seeking enthusiastic individuals like you to join our dynamic team as a Regional Vice President within our Field Marketing Division. The Regional Vice President, Real Estate Partnerships is an Independent Contractor position that allows our leaders to own their own schedules. As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with local real estate professionals and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for building a team of Market Development Specialists within your assigned region.

 

This is a “Player/Coach” role. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively prospecting and developing referral partnerships with local real estate professionals.
  • Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
  • Build relationships with current and new real estate professionals.
  • Consistently maintains client prospects and pipeline activity report.
  • Provides real estate partners with real-time updates on all loan files that have been referred.
  • Add value to real estate professionals by working directly to assist with marketing initiatives (Open Houses, Prospecting Leads, Connecting Agents, etc.)
  • Join local realtor associations and attend meetings to develop industry relationships and partnerships.
  • Recruit, Train, and Retain an excellent team of Market Development Specialists to ensure your region meets company performance expectations.

  

Education:

  • Minimum: High school or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree

Preferred Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years 

 

All associates will receive training materials and all other tools and resources necessary to perform the role. The expectation is that individuals within this division will be professional and positive “Ambassadors of Acquest Lending” while meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.

 

Company Expectations Include:

 

  • Fully understands and can effectively communicate the scope of Acquest Lending services and resources.
  • Ensure that individual and team performance goals are achieved through required levels of live in-person or virtual engagements, consistent/effective prospecting of new industry partners, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with Acquest Lending leadership.
  • Attend weekly/monthly virtual company meetings as necessary.
  • Ensures all departmental and company activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completion of required training.
