Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential plumbing tasks, encompassing various plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Execute installation and repair tasks for diverse plumbing components, excluding fire sprinkler systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and determine appropriate solutions for efficient repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate plumbing projects and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols while conducting plumbing installations and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the nature of plumbing problems, proposed solutions, and associated costs.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and tasks completed.
• Uphold a high standard of workmanship, ensuring the quality and integrity of all plumbing projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance skills and knowledge in residential plumbing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Job requirements

• 4+ years experiencein the fieldas a plumber (not a helper)
• Possess the skills of a journeyman plumber
• Journeyman's license or eligibility to take the test
• Backflow certificate
• Effective communication skills
• Must be able to work unsupervised, but also work well with others
• Non-Smoker Required
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a background check with a clean record
• Must be a resident of Maryland
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
