Job Description:

As a Janitorial Crew Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' facilities. Your duties will include:

• Performing heavy cleaning tasks such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and trash removal.
• Collaborating with team members and management to coordinate cleaning activities and maintain high standards.
• Identifying and communicating needs for supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support efficient operations.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures for the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A clean felony record and a drug-free status.
• Preferably, experience with cleaning equipment.
• A valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• The ability to drive trucks or other vehicles to and from work sites.
• Some positions may require safety certification testing.
• (IMPORTANT) 3 professional references must be included in your resume.

Salary:

$16 per hour with no experience

$17 per hour with experience

$18+ per hour for leads ( 1-2yr experience )

$18+ per hour rover ( 1-2yr experience )
