Responsibilities

• Assist with the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration documentation and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales.
• Assist Finance with printing of contracts.
• Process Finance Contract paperwork to send to lenders.  
• Post accounting entries related to retail and wholesale transactions.
• Assist with maintaining accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information.
• May assist with accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous auto dealership office experience is preferred but we will train the right person
• Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays and evenings,  and last day of the month until all customers are billed
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a strong plus
• Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required
• Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic
• Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow established processes. 
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, computer systems
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
