In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will:

  • Design and implement novel waveforms that meet specific requirements, pushing the boundaries of communications technology.
  • Craft special communication systems that unlock new possibilities across diverse applications.
  • Master the art of modulation and demodulation to ensure clear, reliable communication.
  • Harness the power of FEC and interleaving to combat errors and ensure message integrity.
  • Conquer clutter rejection techniques to deliver unwavering signal clarity in challenging environments.
  • Collaborate with brilliant minds in multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a constant flow of learning, growth, and innovation.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a BS (4 years), MS (2 years), or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Has proven experience designing and implementing communication waveforms.
  • Possesses strong skills in implementing modulation/demodulation schemes.
  • Understands the ins and outs of FEC and interleaving methods.
  • Is adept at implementing clutter rejection techniques.
  • Boasts a solid foundation in communications and RF theory.
  • Has a thorough understanding of transmitter and receiver architectures.
  • Excels at modeling and simulating with MATLAB.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience building and testing fieldable prototypes.
  • Are familiar with EW and LPI/LPD techniques.
  • Have a background in wireless technologies like 5G, LTE-M, or mmWave.
  • Are comfortable coding in Python.

Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
