EverStaff, a recruiting firm, seeks a candidate for our Direct Hire position with a top client, offering excellent work culture, benefits, and growth potential. We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator responsible for providing technical support across multiple shifts in a manufacturing and office environment. Tasks include software and hardware issue resolution, maintenance of communication infrastructure, technology improvement planning, and ensuring information security.
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)
Annual Salary: Up to $85k DOE, Bonus is up to 6%

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve complex user problems, implementing corrective solutions.
- Monitor network performance, security, and antivirus software regularly.
- Coordinate vendor maintenance for hardware and software.
- Collaborate with corporate IT for asset migration to regional data centers and cloud services.
- Plan and execute projects ensuring business continuity and fiscal responsibility.
- Manage daily backups, ensuring integrity and seeking process improvements.
- Perform maintenance on communication infrastructure.
- Consult with internal users for hardware, software, and services, facilitating training.
- Identify and replace network infrastructure requirements.
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software.
- Analyze and resolve issues at server, desktop, and network levels.
- Perform off-hour IT maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Network/Systems Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with Cisco switches, Microsoft Server, Windows 10, VMware ESXi, and SAN technology.
- Familiarity with SATO/Datamax barcode label printers and SQL database servers is a plus.
- Knowledge of hybrid exchange environments, SD-WAN technologies, and scripting languages is preferred.
