Operations and Customer Service

We are currently looking for an Operations and Customer Service Agent. The primary duties include providing exceptional service to our customers and working through our vendors to make our promises happen! This involves everything in the entire process of both domestic and international freight forwarding including accurately quoting, arranging, routing, tracking, costing and rating shipments.

Hours, Salary and Benefits:

• This is a full-time position, in-person/in-office position, averaging 40-50 hours a week. M - F, standard business hours.
• Salary range is dependent on experience, starting at $48,000 - $60,000, plus benefits, PTO.
• On-call hours may be required, once every 7-8 weeks on rotation, on-call hours are done remotely, employee is provided a computer and cell for remote on-call hours.
