Bartender

Our busy brewery and taproom is looking for a bartender with a positive attitude and a passion for craft beer who can provide excellent customer service for our patrons to have a great time at our establishment. You will be in charge of taking customer orders, mixing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, making beer and wine recommendations, and keeping the bar area clean and sanitary at all times. This position requires an energetic person with excellent organizational skills and a customer-first attitude. $16 - $40 hourly

• Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
• Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
